Chef Kevin Hickey joined the Rockit Ranch Productions team in 2013 as the new Chef/Partner of Bottlefork and The Duck Inn as well as the Partner and Director of Food and Beverage for Rockit Ranch Productions.
 
Previous to Rockit Ranch Productions, Chef Hickey worked for the Four Seasons hotels and resorts in California, Dublin and London before coming back to his native Chicago in 2004, where he led his team to a Michelin Star and AAA Five Diamond status.
 
Chef Hickey’s highly anticipated Bridgeport venture The Duck Inn opened at the end of 2014 and is the 7th Rockit Ranch Productions venue. The Duck Inn, a neighborhood Tavern and Dining Room housed in a pre-prohibition era tavern that has continuously operated for almost a century, showcases Chef Hickey’s signature ingredients and seasonally driven modern American cuisine as well as an extensive beverage program filled with craft beers, contemporary cocktails and creative wine service. The Duck Inn has received numerous accolades and great reviews, including 3 stars from the Chicago Tribune and being named a Best New Restaurant in America 2015 by Esquire.
 
As Partner and Food and Beverage Director for Rockit Ranch, Chef Hickey oversees the Kitchens and Beverage programs for every Rockit Ranch venue, maintaining overall quality and operational efficiency as well as ensuring that every guest has an elevated entertainment experience. In 2016, Chef Hickey was also named Chef of the Year in the Chicago Tribune’s annual dining awards.
 
Chef Hickey is also actively involved in several philanthropic organizations including Global Act, Growing Power and Common Threads.
