Art Jackson and Chelsea Kalberloh Jackson are the chef/owners of Pleasant House Bakery and Pleasant House Brewing Company/Pleasant House Three Oaks (Three Oaks, Michigan). Most recently, the chef of Bijan’s Bistro in downtown Chicago, Art has worked at such lauded restaurants as Les Nomades in Chicago and Fifth Floor in San Francisco. He graduated from Illinois State University and attended Kendall College. Chelsea is a writer and editor, and the pastry chef of Pleasant House Bakery. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and Kendall College.
